    Rotaract District 3292 Nepal-Bhutan successfully concluded its 18th District Assembly, District Leadership Training Seminar (DLTS), and Recognition Ceremony with a grand celebration held at the Nepal Police Club, Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu.

    The event brought together more than 500 Rotaractors from across Nepal in a vibrant display of leadership, fellowship, and service. Organized by the Rotaract Club of Patan Heritage, the program was co-sponsored by 17 Rotaract clubs and sponsored by 5 additional clubs.

    The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Rtn. Binod Koirala, District Governor-Elect (2025–26) of Rotary District 3292, along with Special Guests Past District Governors Rtn. Sanjay Giri and Rtn. Jitendra Bahadur Rajbhandari. Other notable attendees included DGE Rtn. Bishnu Bahadur Karki (2026–27), DGN Rtn. Ishwori Prasad Dhakal (2027–28), DRCC Krishna Prasad Pandey, Incoming DRCC Kishor Tripathi (2025–26), and District Interact Representative Sushan Adhikari.

    In his keynote speech, DG-Elect Koirala emphasized environmental sustainability and basic education, encouraging Rotaract clubs to collaborate with Rotary on impactful initiatives such as electric cooking, tree plantation, and education sponsorship projects throughout Nepal.

    Leadership and organizational development training sessions were conducted for club presidents, secretaries, treasurers, and board members. Facilitators included former VDRR Rtr. Sushil Kumar Karki and other experienced leaders from the district.

    District Rotaract Representative (DRR) Rtr. Bikram Chhetri presented awards and letters of appreciation to clubs and individuals who demonstrated excellence in achieving district goals. "Cooperation, commitment, and inspiration are the pillars of our success," Chhetri remarked.

    The event also introduced the Rotary Year 2025–26 leadership team. Incoming DRR Rtr. Dinesh Gaire, District Secretary Rtr. Chandra Bhakta Adhikari, and District Treasurer Rtr. Anup Pandey unveiled the strategic plan, budget, and priorities for the upcoming term, emphasizing transparency, innovation, and meaningful impact.

    A highlight of the evening was a surprise visit by actress Niti Shah and the team of the upcoming movie Mohar. In collaboration with Rotaract, they jointly announced a special initiative to promote Basic Education in rural Nepal.

    The event featured musical performances, interactive segments, and honors for exceptional service—reaffirming Rotaract’s continued dedication to leadership, service, and community impact.

    The event was co-chaired by IPP Rtr. Agrahani Amatya and DRR Rtr. Bikram Chhetri of the host club, Rotaract Club of Patan Heritage. The official press release was managed by Rtr. Aabiskar Khanal, District Media Coordinator, Rotaract District 3292 for RY 2024–25.
